Radisys Wins Wireless Provider Z-Com

Hillsboro, Oregon-based Radisys, which develops software for the telecom industry, has added a new customer, wireless provider Z-Com. Radisys reported that Z-Com will use its small cell software as part of a small cell LTE-TDD (Time Division Duplex) network deployment in China. Financial impact of the win was not announced. Radisys develops core communications software used by companies to shorten the design cycle and get products to market, handling common protocols and other functionality for new hardware products.
