Starbucks Expands Mobile Payments To The UK, Canada

Starbucks is expanding the availability of its mobile payment app to the United Kingdom and Canada, the coffee chain said this morning, with a new version of the Starbucks app for Android released in those two countries. Starbucks, which had only been providing mobile payments on its apps in the United States, also said the new app release offers up PayPal support, PIN code protection, and viewing of My Starbucks Rewards history. The new app is available on Google Play for phones running Android 2.2 and above.
