Intellectual Ventures Adds Silicon Labs

Bellevue-based intellectual property rights firm Intellectual Ventures said Monday that it has added analog and mixed signal IC firm Silicon Laboratories to its list of intellectual property licensees. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. IV and Silicon Laboratories said the deal provides Silicon Labs with access to a majority of IV's patent portfolio.
