Microsoft Finds Good Technology For Encryption

Redmond-based Microsoft has turned to Good Technology to add enterprise-class encryption to Windows Phone, the firms said this morning. The two said they are in a strategic application partnership, which will provide Good's FIPS-certified, AES encryption product--via its Good for Enterprise product--on Windows Phone. Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed. The deal allows corporations to secure access to their corporate data via Windows Phone devices.
