Mentor Upgrades PCB Analysis Tool

Wilsonville, Oregon-based Mentor Graphics reported this morning that it has upgraded one of its printed circuit board (PCB) analysis tools. The firm said it has upgraded its HyperLynx tool to handle new features such as 3D full-wave field solving, and integrated thermal/power co-simulation analysis. The new capabilities are important in high speed designs. Mentor is a provider of a wide range of electronic development and simulation tools.
