Mentor Graphics Gets Fujitsu Endorsement

Wilsonville, Oregon-based Mentor Graphics, which develops integrated circuit analysis software, claimed today that evaluations at Fujitsu Semiconductor Ltd. show that its Tessent YieldInsight tool can cut the time required to find the cause of IC yield loss. Fujitsu said that the tool was "very effective" in identifying locations of IC failures. Mentor's software is used to find the location of failures in semiconductor dies.
