Maveron Promotes Stoffer To Partner

Seattle-based venture investor Maveron has promoted Jason Stoffer to Partner at the firm, the company said Thursday, from his prior role as Principal. Stoffer has been at Maveron since 2007, and has been involved in such companies as zulily, Altius Education, Gigi Hill and Livemocha. Maveron said the promotion reflects his contributions over the last four and a half years. Stoffer has previously served at Career Education Corp.
