Amazon Eyes Subscription Books Effort

Seattle-based Amazon.com is considering launching a subscription-based digital book service, according to a report from the WSJ. The report says that Amazon is talking with book publishers on a Netflix-like service, which would allow customers to pay an annual fee to access a library of content.
