Verdiem Supports Apple OS X Lion

Seattle-based Verdiem, the developer of IT energy management software, said yesterday that it is supporting the latest Apple Mac operating system. The firm said its Surveyor product will support Apple OS X Lion, allowing customers to control the energy usage of their Macs. Verdiem's software is used by IT managers to better manage power consumption in their enterprises. The firm said it saves $20 to $60 per PC per year in energy costs for its customers.
