DocuSign Sued By Competitor RPost

Seattle-based DocuSign, the provider of electronic signature services, has just been sued by one of its competitors over patent infringement. According to a lawsuit filed in the Texas Eastern District Court, competitor RPost has sued DocuSign over patent infringement. RPost is a provider of email and electronic signature services. The lawsuit, Rmail Limited et al v. Docusign, Inc., was filed on Friday. The lawsuit against DocuSign also accompanied a similar, patent infringement lawsuit by RPost against another electronic signature competitor, RightSignature.
