DocuSign Loses Out As New CEO Bolts Before Starting Job
DocuSign, the electronic signature software provider with links to Seattle, has lost out on a competition for a new CEO, according to reports. The company--which was just getting set to name a new CEO next week--apparently had its prospective CEO pull out of the deal at the very last minute. DocuSign had already set up a press conference and briefings to introduce the new CEO, who hasn't been named. DocuSign said the candidate left to a company "with unlimited resources" and a better offer from an un-named company.
