Amazon Gets Approval On Diapers.com Buy

Seattle-based Amazon.com said Thursday that it has received reguatory approval for its acquisition of Quidsi, Inc., the owner of Diapers.com, Soap.com, and BeautyBar.com. The e-commerce giant said it now expects the acquisition to close on or about April 1. Amazon.com said it would buy Diapers.com in November last year, in a deal worth $500M in cash plus the assumption of $45M in debt.
