Intellectual Ventures, SAP Ink License Deal

Bellevue-based Intellectual Ventures, the patent firm headed by Nathan Myhrvold, and business software firm SAP AG said this monring that they are in a long term license agreement, which will give SAP rights to access its patent portfolio for defensive use. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
