GoAhead Lands Ericsson

Bellevue-based GoAhead Software, a developer of software products, said today that telecommunications firm Ericsson, has chosen the firm's OpenSAFfire product, its commercial distribution of open source product OpenSAF. OpenSAF is an open source software package used for creating high availability middleware. No financial details of the deal were released. GoHead said Ericsson is the firm's first major customer for the software package.
