Microvision Gets $8.5M Order

Redmond-based Microvision, which develops miniature projection display products, announced today that it has received an $8.5M purchase order. The firm said the order was from a consumer electronics customer, who will be using its PicoP products inside a "high-end mobile media player." Name of the OEM was not announced.
