MicroVision Ties With Intersil

Redmond-based miniature projection display technology developer MicroVision has inked a partnership with analog and mixed signal semiconductor firm Intersil, the two said today. According to the two, they will partner on the development of advanced, integrated chipsets for MicroVision's high definition PicoP display technology. Financial details of the partnership were not announced. MicroVision said Intersil will invest in developing the ASICs used for MicroVision's reference design.
