Digimarc Sees Drop
Beaverton-based Digimarc disclosed its quarterly results today, saying that its second quarter revenues dropped to $4.3M, down 15% from the comparable quarter last year. The firm said the revenue drop came from "variations in scheduled payments" on its long term contracts, deferral of federal defense project awards, and lower royalties from some of its patent and technology licenses. The firm said it lost $0.7M for the quarter.
