1Cast Adds News Providers

Kirkland, Washington-based 1Cast, a personalized broadcast news service, said Tuesday that the firm has added CNBC, The Wall Street Journal Digital Network, Reuters, and AFP as information providers to its service. 1Cast operates a personalized, Internet video news service which creates a video playlist of topics of interest to its users. The firm is backed by Eagle River Holdings, the personal investment arm of Craig McCaw.
