Eiki Digital Systems Acquires .advancedMethod

Eiki Digital Systems Inc. of Seattle announced yesterday that it has acquired .advancedMethod, a digital media company also headquartered in the Seattle area. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Founded in 2002, .advancedMethod develops digital signage kits for distributor networks. Its executive director, Bob Grawet, has accepted a position as general manager, Eiki noted. Eiki Digital Systems was spun out of Eiki International Inc. of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., a manufacturer and distributor of video and computer projectors and the U.S.-based subsidiary of Eiki Industrial Co. Ltd. of Osaka, Japan.
