Xeround Signs Israeli Mobile Operator

Database integration software publisher Xeround Inc. revealed Monday that Pelephone, an Israel-based mobile operator, has chosen Xeround’s IntelligentData Grid application to consolidate its subscriber data. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. By levering its IntelligentData Grid solution, Xeround said, Pelephone will be able to increase profitability and shorten the time to market for existing and new value-added services. Established in 1986 as Israel's first mobile operator, Pelephone currently serves more than 2.6 million subscribers. Headquartered in Bellevue, Wash., Xeround maintains a research-and-development facility in Israel.
