Xeround Names Kodesh Board Chairman

Xeround Inc., a publisher of software that helps telecommunications companies manage their subscriber base, reported Tuesday that Harel Kodesh has been appointed chairman of the board. According to Xeround, Kodesh is currently chief product officer at Amdocs. He previously served as chief executive officer at Wingcast and as vice president of Microsoft's Information Appliances Division. He has also held various product management roles at Motorola, Xeround said, adding that Kodesh also sits on DreamBox Learning's board. Headquartered in Bellevue, Wash., Xeround is a privately funded company backed by Benchmark Capital and Giza Venture Capital. Its development operations are located in Israel.
