Xeround Hires Yarkoni As CEO
Seattle-based Xeround Systems, a provider of database management software and services, revealed Monday that it has hired Charlotte Yarkoni as chief executive officer. Xeround said Yarkoni succeeds founder and former CEO Dr. Gilad Zlotkin, who has been named chief technology officer. Xeround noted that Yarkoni, who boasts more than 15 years of executive-level experience, most recently served as Customer Business Unit president at Amdocs Inc. Prior to that, she enjoyed stints with AT&T, Cingular Wireless, BellSouth and IBM. Founded in 2005, Xeround Systems is a privately held company backed by Benchmark Capital and Giza Venture Capital. Xeround also maintains offices in Israel.
