Institute for Corporate Productivity Raises $6M

The Institute for Corporate Productivity (ic4p), a research organization dedicated to improving workforce efficiency and output, revealed Wednesday that it has generated $6 million through a now-completed round of Series A financing. IDG Ventures Boston and Trinity Ventures led the effort. The institute said the funding will be used to expand its sales and marketing efforts as well as its product and technology offerings. The institute added that IDG Ventures Boston's Jeff Bussgang and Trinity Venture's Patricia Nakache will join its board of directors.
