PracticeOne Acquired By Software Firm

PracticeOne, a developer of electronic health records management software-as-a-service, which has its headquarters in Richland, Washington and Canoga Park, California, has been acquired by fellow healthcare software provider AdvancedMD Software, AdvancedMD said today. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed. The firms said that the buy did not include PracticeOne's billing service, which was sold prior to the acquisition. AdvancedMD is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
