QL2 Software Acquired Via Bankruptcy Reorganization

Seattle-based QL2 Software, a provider of data management and extraction software, has been acquired via a bankruptcy court reorganization. According to Hale Global and QL2 Software late last week, it has completed the plan of reorganization of the firm, and renamed the firm QL2 Software LLC. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed, however, the firm said the reorganization pays allowed creditor claims in full, with consideration for equity holders and exit financing to support the growth of QL2.
