FazeWire Acquired By Pacific Software Publishing

Seattle-based FazeWire Web Services, which provides web hosting services, has been acquired by Bellevue-based Pacific Software Publishing, PSPINC said Wednesday. Financial details of the acquisition were announced by the companies. FazeWire was founded in 2005, and PSPINC has been around since 1987. FazeWire was headed by Kyle Davies, and PSPINC is headed by Mayumi Nakamura.
