Talyst Systems Acquired By Swisslog Healthcare

Kirkland, Washington-based Talyst Systems, a developer of pharmacy automation technology, has been acquired by Swisslog Healthcare, a provider of medication management and supply chain solutions and services, according to owner Columbia Pacific Advisors. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Columbia Pacific had acquired Talyst Systems in 2015. Swisslog Healthcare is based in Denver, Colorado.
