Cort Software Acquired

Bend, Oregon-based Cort Software, a provider of enterprise payroll software, has been acquired by NuView Systems. NuView said that it has completed the acquisition of Cort Software today, but did not disclose financial terms of the deal. Madison Park Group advised NuView in the deal. Cort Software provides payroll software used to manage employee records, payroll calcuations, and 1099 reporting.
