X2 Biosystems Teams With Soccer League On Concussion Efforts
Seattle-based X2 Biosystems, which develops technology, software, and sensors around reducing the issues of sports related concussions, said today that it has partnered with a soccer league to test out its products with female youth soccer players. X2 Biosystems said the deal, with the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL), will supply its software systems by select teams during the 2014 to 2017 soccer season. The company said the technology will be used to help the ECNL better understand and manage brain health. Financial impact of the deal were not disclosed.
