TripAdvisor Acquires Where I've Been

TripAdvisor, the online travel information and reviews site owned by Bellevue-based Expedia, said today that it has acquired Where I've Been, LLC, an online travel site based in Chicago. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Where I've Been allows users to share their travels on social networks, and socialize with other travelers.
