Expedia Completes TripAdvisor Spinoff

Bellevue-based Expedia said Tuesday evening that it has completed its spin-off of TripAdvisor, making TridAdvisor its own, independently traded public company. TripAdvisor is now trading as TRIP on the Nasdaq Global Market. Expedia continues to trade on its own as EXPE. TripAdvisor provides ratings, reviews, and other information on hotels, travel locations, and more.
