Porch Acquires Serviz

Seattle-based Porch announced this morning that it has acquired Serviz, and on-demand home services company. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Porch said it will integrate the Serviz technology platform into its own site, Porch.com. Porch said the acquisition will help it expand its end-to-end home services solutions. Serviz had helped connect consumers with professionals offering up services such as appliance repair, plumbing, electric, handyman, and carpet cleaning.
