Wave Extends Gigabit Broadband Across West Coast
Kirkland-based Wave Broadband has extended its gigabit-speed Internet broadband services across all of its West Coast regions, saying it now will offer up gigabit access across the Seattle, San Francisco, Sacramento, and Portland markets. Wave said the service will deliver up to 1,000 Megabits per second (Mbps) to homes. Wave had previously only offered the gigabit speed service at specific apartment and condo buildings in Seattle, San Francisco, and Portland. The company said the new, high speed service will cost $80 per month for the first year, and will then increase to $99 per month.
