Amazon To Hire 120,000 For Holiday Positions

Seattle-based Amazon says it plans to hire more than 120,000 people for its seasonal, holiday positions this year across its network of fulfillment centers and customer service sites. Amazon regularly hires those temporary workers to help it stuff boxes and fulfill holiday orders, during its busiest season. Amazon said the workers will be hired at its fulfillment centers, sortation centers and customer service sites. The 120,000 seasonal workers will join what Amazon says are an existing, 125,000 regular, full-time employees at its sites.
