Custom Controls Concepts Acquired By Astronics

Kent, Washington-based Custom Controls Concepts (CCC), a provider of cabin management and in-flight entertainment (IFE) systems for Boeing and Airbus aircraft, has been acquired by New York-based Astronics Corporation. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced.
