SunPower Starts On Largest Solar Power Plant So Far In Oregon

Silicon Valley-based solar power plant developer SunPower announced today that it has started on construction of what it says will be the largest, operating solar power plant in Oregon. SunPower said it has started construction of a 56-Megawatt solar power plant in Crook County, Oregon, which is expected to be complete by the end of the year. SunPower said that it has contracted with construction firm Moss to build the new, Gala Solar Power Plant.
