Microsoft Sued By Pro Wrestler Over Gears Of War Avatar

Microsoft Corp. has been sued by professional wrestling star "Hard Rock Hamilton", over an avatar in its Gear of War videogame. Lenwood "Hard Rock" Hamilton sued Microsoft Studios and Epic Games over the use of a voice and likeness of the character Pvt. Augustus Cole in the game, which Hamilton claims are based on his image and voice. Microsoft and Epic have said the character is actually based on another pro wrestler, Lester Speight.
