Starbucks Becomes Newest PokeStop, Gym Location

In a further expansion of the number of POkeStop and Gyms for the popular Pokemon Go game, Starbucks said this morning that, beginning at 11 a.m. PST, approximately 7,800 of its stores will begin to turn into PokeStops or Gyms. In addition, Starbucks said it has launched a brand new beverage, the Pokemon GO Frappuccino blended beverage, which is its Vanilla Bean Frappuccino blended beverage with raspberry syrup blended with freeze-dried whole blackberries and topped with whipped cream. The new deal follows the announcement on Wednesday that Sprint would be turning its own stores into PokeStops and Gyms for the popular mobile game.
