Wrench Plans Expansion After Seattle Beta

Seattle-based Wrench, the Madrona-backed on-site car service and repair service, said it is expanding its service throughout the Seattle-Tacoma-Everett metro area, after a successful beta launch in Seattle earlier this summer. The company also says it is aiming at other western metro markets, beginning with Phoenix, as part of that expansion. Wrench said it service more than 1,000 cars in its soft beta launch period. Wrench offers up on-site auto repair services that can be schedule online or via a mobile app; the company raised $1.2M in June from Madrona for the service. Wrench is led by Edward Petersen.
