Microsoft Backs Mobile Customer Support Startup, Helpshift

Microsoft is one of the backers of mobile customer support startup Helpshift, which said it raised $23M in a Series B funding this morning. Microsoft, via Microsoft Ventures, joined Salesforce Ventures in leading the new round, which also included Intel Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, True Ventures and Visionnaire Ventures.
