Bsquare Loses CFO, Shuffles Execs

Bellevue, Washington-based software developer Bsquare has shuffled its executive team the loss of its CFO, ,and a couple of promotions. The company--which develops Internet-of-Things software--said Wednesday that Marty Heimbigner has stepped down as its CFO. Reason for the resignation was not given, however, the company said CEO Jerry Chase will serve as acting principal financial officer, until it hires a permanent CFO. In addition, the company said it has promoted Scott Caldwell to Vice President, Worldwide Sales, and Dave Wagstaff to Chief Technology Officer. Caldwell has been at Bsquare since 2005, Wagstaff has been at the company since 2013.
