BSQUARE Acquires TestQuest

Bellevue, Washington-based BSQUARE said today that it has acquireed TestQuest, a provider of test automation tools for the mobile and embedded market. According to BSQUARE, it will pay approxmately $2.2M in cash for TestQuest. BSQUARE said that TestQuest had approximately $4.8M in revenues for the last 12 months, ending September 30th. BSQUARE also said it will hire 22 employees of TestQuest as a result of the acquisition. TestQuest's products are used by mobile device developers and network operators to automate their product testing. BSQUARE is a provider of engineering services and software products for the embedded software market. TestQuest is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
