bSquare Opens Tokyo Office
bSQUARE, a publisher of embedded software for hardware manufacturers, revealed Wednesday that it has opened a new office in Tokyo. The Bellevue, Wash.-based company said it is opening the Japanese office to provide Japanese device manufacturers with faster, more efficient support. Kiyonori Takahashi, a senior sales executive, will supervise the new location as country manager for bSQUARE KK. Takahashi hails from Microsoft, where he held various sales roles for six years at Microsoft's Japanese subsidiary, Microsoft KK. bSQUARE also maintains a support office in Taiwan. bSQUARE provides software and engineering services for the Windows embedded market.
