BMW and RideCell said Friday they will be launching a new car sharing service called ReachNow, which will offer up a fleet of BMW and Mini Coopers in Seattle to local residents. The fleet of 370 vehicles will cost 49 cents a minute to rent, and will be powered by software from San Francisco-based RideCell. The vehicles in the service will include BMW's i3 electric vehicles, and will also include the launch of a separate, ridesharing service called ReachNow Black.
