Amazon.com Buys Emvantage

Seattle-based Amazon.com said Wednesday that it has acquired Emvantage Payments Pvt Ltd., a payment processing provider based in India. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Amazon said employees at Emvantage will join the company's Amazon India business unit.
