Report: Amazon.com Buys ClusterK
Seattle-based Amazon.com has reportedly acquired software developer ClusterK, which develops a product which helped developers optimize the cost of their use of Amazon Web Services. The deal, first uncovered by VentureBeat, has not officially been announced. Amazon reportedly paid between $20M and $50M for the startup, which was based in Palo Alto, California.
