Amazon Echo Now Plays Spotify

Amazon Echo, Amazon's in-home device which responds to users to help control their home and act much as a personal assistant, now can stream tracks from Spotify, Amazon said today. Amazon said that Spotify Premium subscribers in the U.S. can simply ask Amazon Echo to play any playlist, artist, or genre just by speaking a command to the Echo. The new support requires and active Spotify subscription. The device already can play music from Amazon Music, Prime Music, iHeartRadio, Pandora, and TuneIn.
