Amazon Opens Echo To All

Seattle-based Amazon.com released its echo, voice recognition and information gadget to all of its customers today, making it possible for anyone--not just invited customers--to purchase the device. The Echo devices--which is designed to sit in a customer's living room or other living space--listens for requests from its owner, and delivers thigns such as music, information, news, weather, and more. Amazon initially rolled out Echo to a limited set of its customers back in November of lat year. Echo uses voice recognition to act as a "perseonal assistant" to users.
