SafeTec Compliance Systems Acquired By Health & Safety Institute

Vancouver, Washington-based SafeTec Compliance Systems, which provides workplace safety compliance software and services, has been acquired by Eugene, Oregon-based Health & Safety Institute. Financial term sof the buy were not disclosed. HSI is owned by private equity investor The Riverside Company. Riverside said MidCap Financial provided financing for the transaction, and that it was advised by Jones Day in the deal.
