TalentWise Acquired By SterlingBackcheck

Bothell, Washinton-based TalentWise, the developer of background screening and employee onboarding software, has been acquired by background screening company SterlingBackcheck. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. New York-based SterlingBackCheck said the acquisition will help it provide broader services to help its clients through the hiring process. TalentWise has nearly 500 employees, and was led by Todd Owens.
